DESCRIPTION:The Swim England Welfare Officer Training (Time to Listen) course is designed for Club Welfare Officers (or Assistant Welfare Officers\, where space permits) who are aged 18 or over. \nEligibility\n\n\nAttendees must have completed a Swim England Safeguarding Course within the last three years. \n\n\nAttendees must be current members of Swim England. \n\n\nMinimum age for participation: 18 years. \n\n\nCourse Details\n\n\nDuration: 3 hours (with breaks provided throughout) \n\n\nDelivery: Online classroom via Zoom \n\n\nTechnical Requirements\nTo access the online classroom\, you will need: \n\n\nA headset or a device with speakers \n\n\nA microphone (or device with built-in microphone) \n\n\nCost and Refund Policy\n\n\nCourse fee: £20.00 \n\n\nRefunds: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date.(Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions for details.) \n\n\nIf the course is cancelled by the Regional Office\, a refund or alternative course will be offered. \n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nClosing Date for bookings: 9:00am\, Monday 20th July 2026 \n\n\nProvider: Swim England North West Limited uses Zoom Communications Inc. to deliver this course. \n\n\nSessions may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes
