Swim England North West have organised a Masters development day which will focus on Backstroke and Breaststroke.
The development day is split into 2 sessions each lasting 90 minutes.
9.30-11am Backstroke
12.30-2pm Breaststroke
Each session will focus on intensive stroke specific instruction designed to improve the swimmers technique and optimise swimming performance. The session will also include specific work on starts and turns, Age requirement 18+
Swimmers will have the opportunity to ask the lead coach questions after each session.
The cost for the day will be either £12 for one session (either morning or afternoon), or £20 for the full day.
