SENW Open Water Development Day

Congratulations to those selected for the Swim England North West Open Water Development day for swimmers aged 12-15 years of age. As advised previously this is by invitation only based from the 800m and 1500m rankings from the Regional Championships.

The day will include two open water sessions, land training and nutrition for distance athletes. Once swimmers have booked and registered onto the session, the full timetable together with any required documentation to be completed will be sent by email.
