Swim England North West are pleased to announce an Open Water Training Session, in preparation for those competing in the Swim England North West and North East Open Water Championships; incorporating the counties of Cheshire, Lancashire, Northumberland and Durham and Yorkshire.
All swimmers must be aged between 12 and 16 and be a member of Swim England.
The session will incorporate skills and techniques in order to prepare swimmers for the Open Water Competition on Saturday 29th June 2019.
Please ensure that the Health and Fitness form is completed and handed to the Team Manager on the day of the event. This document can be downloaded here.
