Swim England North West have organised a series of stroke and skills days which include a stroke clinic to improve Freestyle (including starts), aimed at County level swimmers and their coaches.
Swimmers must be 11-13 years of age (on day of the clinic) and must have achieved a County Qualifying time for the 2020 Championships (place will be allocated on first come first serve basis).
The sessions will incorporate 2 hours of pool time. Parents will be able to view the pool session from the balcony.
This session can also be used by coaches as a continuous professional development workshop.

Please note to access the venue you need to turn onto Adlington Street (off Church Street) and take the under pass.
Individuals are responsible for their own personal belongings during the session.
Cost: £12 (non-refundable). If for any reason the course has to be cancelled by the regional office, then a refund or alternative course will be offered.
