Swim England North West are hosting a trial training sessions for boys born 2005/ 2006 in preparation for the Inter-Regional Championships on 8th December 2018.
The session will include an hours of land training, where you are asked to wear appropriate clothing and trainers.
Followed by a 2 hour pool session, it is suggested that you have at least a 2 litre bottle of water.
The cost of the session in total is £7 and can be booked by completing the booking form below.

16:30 – 17:00 – Registration
17:00 – 18:00 – Gym Session
18:00 – 20:00 – Pool Session
