Swim England North West Water Polo are fully in support of the continuation of an additional weekly land and pool training session that players on the Pathway can access and recognise the key importance having these sessions, has played on the continued success of the Regional teams.

Timetable for the Evening:
7pm – Registration
7.15pm – Land Warm Up
7.30-9pm – Pool Trial
Please note to confirm you place for the trial, information below and payment of £8 must be completed by 9am, Monday 29th April 2019.
Please ensure that the Health and Fitness form is completed and handed to the Team Manager on the day of the event. This document can be downloaded here.
If you are successful at the trial, weekly sessions will begin on Tuesday 7th May 2019 for 10 weeks, with the final testing being held on Tuesday 9th July 2019.
