SENW Water Polo U16 Academy

Swim England North West over the coming few months are hosting four training sessions for girls born 2003 and younger  in preparation for the Inter-Regional championships at Millfield School on 7th & 8th July 2018 which this year is hosted by Swim England South West.

There will be three sessions held at East Manchester Leisure Centre and one at Liverpool Aquatic Centre. All sessions will include a 45 mins Land session and you are asked to bring a stretch band and wear appropriate clothing and trainers. The pool sessions will be for 2 hours and it is suggested that you have at least a 2 litre bottle of water.

The cost of each session is £6 and can be booked by completing the booking form.
