Swim England Talent Team – Nutrition Talk for Parents/Guardians

Andrew Sheppard from the England Programme Support Service Team will be in attendance at the Swim England North West Summer Regional Championships to deliver a 1 hour workshop to parents and guardians.

The workshop will cover the following themes:

• How to construct a meal for athletes
• How to get swimmers involved in their own nutrition

Please note that the workshop will take place during the morning warm up in the Dance Studio at Manchester Aquatics Centre.

All parents and guardians are welcome to attend.
