RPL – Swim England Swimming Assistant (Coaching) Certificate

Do you have experience of dealing with swimmers within a club environment and able to provide evidence to support this. This is an assessment only route to a Swim England certificate which means that candidates do not need any tutor-led support, mentoring, delivery or learning resources.

You must be at least 16 years of age at the start of the course.

Before booking onto this programme you MUST meet the following pre-requisites:
  • You must be at least 16 years of age
  • You will be experienced at working at assistant coach level
  • You must have a good level of English written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be able to provide video footage of you assisting coaching with swimmers who are at county level or above

Candidates will have a limited time to produce all of the evidence for assessment and must be able to do this independently, by interpreting the specifications of the programme. Once enrolled onto the programme, no refunds will be issued if candidates find that it is not suitable for them. If you decide to book onto this programme you MUST have obtained permission, beforehand, to undertake video filming of your coaching delivery. By enrolling onto this programme you are declaring that this is in place.

You will be allowed access to the online workbook once you have booked onto the programme and this should be completed within the first week of your booking date.
