Swim England North West wish to inform all of our members of some important key changes to the running of the 2025 Regional Summer Championships. Consideration Times, Schedule of Events and Conditions have been released.
- The Times posted are Consideration Times – not qualifying times
- When entries have closed the following criteria will be applied to identify those entries accepted to compete
- All Events except 800m Freestyle, 1500m Freestyle and Team events
- 11/12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs – The fastest 24 submitted entries in each age group and event
- 15yrs, 16yrs, 17yrs and over – The fastest 16 submitted entries in each age group and event
- 800m and 1500m Freestyle – The fastest 8 submitted entries in each age group
- Team Relay events – The fastest 16 submitted entries in each age group and event
- Para entries will be accepted in addition to the limits set out above
- Each day of competition will be structured with morning Heats and afternoon Finals
- Competition Dates are as follows
- Relays, Youth Distance Events and Age Group Events Manchester Aquatics Centre – 5th & 6th April
- Remaining Age Group Events, Liverpool Aquatics Centre – 26th 27th April
- Remaining Youth Events, Manchester Aquatics Centre – 3rd & 4th May
- Streaming will not be included in this years North West Regional Championships
