Vacancy: Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead – Swim England North West
Swim England North West (SENW) is excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead. This voluntary role plays a vital part in ensuring that our region continues to make strides toward a more inclusive, diverse, and accessible environment for all.
Develop and implement the Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) for Swim England North West.
Provide EDI support to the SENW Directors and Regional Staff, helping them navigate EDI-related matters and challenges.
Act as a point of contact for EDI inquiries, signposting relevant resources and support as needed.
Promote and champion EDI values across the region, helping to create an inclusive culture within the aquatic community.
A passionate advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion, with a genuine interest in the growth and success of the SENW Region.
Willing to act as an advocate for underrepresented communities within aquatics
