The final weekend of the 2026 Swim England North West Summer Regional Championships took place in Liverpool, bringing the competition to an exciting close. Athletes aged 15 and over competed across the 100m, 200m and 400m events, delivering some outstanding performances and thrilling racing throughout the weekend.

Across the championships, a total of 906 athletes took part, recording more than 4,600 swims. The consistently high standard of competition reflects the commitment and hard work of swimmers, coaches and clubs across the region, whose dedication continues to drive the development of athletes at all levels.
Swim England North West would also like to extend its thanks to North West President Bob Bolton for his support and presence throughout the weekend. Further appreciation goes to the volunteers, technical officials, event staff and support teams whose professionalism, commitment and tireless efforts ensured the championships ran smoothly and successfully for the benefit of all athletes involved.
