Please ensure that swimmers stay as close as possible to the lane ropes when moving between lanes during warm-up sessions. It is the responsibility of each club’s coaches and team managers to supervise athletes and ensure their safety.

Session 1

• Female: 8:00 – 8:25am

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Open/Male: 8:30 – 8:55am

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Session Start: 9:00am

Session 2

• Open/Male: 1:00 – 1:25pm

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Female: 1:30 – 1:55pm

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Session Start: 2:00pm

Session 3

• Open/Male: 8:00 – 8:25am

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Female: 8:30 – 8:55am

Session 4

• Female: 1:45 – 2:10pm

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Open/Male: 2:15 – 2:40pm

  • After 15 minutes: Lanes 1–2 and 7–8 available for diving and sprints (start end only).

• Session Start: 2:45pm

Spectator Tickets

• Online: Standard tickets are required for ages 12+. Under 12s are free.
