U14 Boys Inter regional training sessions.
Congratulations on your selection to the next stage of the Inter Regional preparations.
You are now invited to attend a further three sessions, after which the final selection of 13 athletes will be made to partake in the Inter Regional Championships on 30th November & 1st December 2024 at Walsall Gala Baths.
All participants must be available on this weekend.

09/11/24 14.00 – 16.00 – East Manchester Leisure Centre
16/11/24 14.00 – 16.00 – East Manchester Leisure Centre
Programme for the sessions
Introduction, Warm Up, Swim tests, Technique assessment, Scrimmages, Match play
Boys should bring trainers and kit to each session for a land warm up as this may be required for some sessions.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the individual and are taken into venues at the individuals own risk. Neither Swim England North West nor the venue will be responsible for the loss of or damage to any such belongings. Individuals are advised to use lockers where available.
