U16 Boys Inter regional training sessions.

Open to 2009/2010 born boys

Trial for SENW Under 16 Water Polo squad in preparation for Inter Regional event on 29^th June 2024.  All participants must be available on this weekend.

East Manchester Leisure Centre, 14:00-16:00 Saturday 11th May 2024

Programme for the day

Introduction, Warm Up, Swim tests, Technique assessment, Scrimmages, Match play

Further training dates for selected athletes

01/06/24 – 16.00 – 18.00 – East Manchester

08/06/24 – 14.00 – 16.00 – East Manchester

15/06/24 – 14.00 – 16.00 – East Manchester

16/06/24 – 12:00 – 14:00 – Manchester Aquatics Centre

Boys should bring trainers and kit to each session for a land warm up as this may be required for some sessions.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the individual and are taken into venues at the individuals own risk. Neither Swim England North West nor the venue will be responsible for the loss of or damage to any such belongings. Individuals are advised to use lockers where available.
