Trial for SENW Under 16 Water Polo squad in preparation for Inter Regional event on 29th June 2024. All participants must be available on this weekend.

Programme for the day
Introduction, Warm Up, Swim tests, Technique assessment, Scrimmages, Match play
Further training dates for selected athletes
18/05/24 – 14.00 – 16.00
01/06/24 – 16.00 – 18.00
08/06/24 – 14.00 – 16.00
15/06/24 – 14.00 – 16.00
Boys should bring trainers and kit to each session for a land warm up as this may be required for some sessions.
Please ensure the Health form below is completed by the deadline of Monday 6th May.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the individual and are taken into venues at the individuals own risk. Neither Swim England North West nor the venue will be responsible for the loss of or damage to any such belongings. Individuals are advised to use lockers where available.
