Swim England North West are pleased to announce two training sessions for selection of the team to represent the North West Region at the U16 Girls Inter-Regional Championships 2026.
Competition date 4th & 5th July 2026 at Liverpool Aquatics Centre.
(All athletes must be available this weekend).
Players must be registered as Swim England Club Compete (previously Cat 2) in order to attend Regional Academy Training.
For players born 2011/2012
Training sessions: time and venue
Session 1: Sunday 7th June from 10:30-13:30 at Liverpool Aquatics Centre
Session 2: Saturday 13th June from 15:00-18:00 at East Manchester Leisure Centre.
Sessions will consist of
Session 1 LAC:
10:15 Registration
10:30 Land training
11:30 Pool training
13:30 Close
Session 2 EMLC:
14:45 Registration
15:00 Land training
16:00 Pool training
18:00 Close
Participants should bring trainers and kit to each session for a land warm up which may be required for some sessions.

Selected athletes will be require to wear a SENW Regional costume these will need to be purchased from the region at a cost of £35.00 (SENW T-shirt and cap will be provided)
