Swim England North West is pleased to announce a Water Polo Regional Level Referee Course, taking place on Sunday 11th January 2026 at The Pelican Centre, Tyldesley.
This course is designed for volunteers who wish to progress to refereeing at Regional events and help expand our network of qualified referees.

14:00 – 17:00 | Application of the Rules
Participants must complete an online test at home and submit results to the course tutor.
Within 12 months, candidates are required to complete three practical assessments, each signed off by a National League Referee.

Minimum age: 15 years and 6 months on the day of the course.
Club Referees (any age): Must be supervised during competitive matches by an adult qualified to at least Regional Level Referee.
