Congratulations to all the North West athletes on an outstanding showing across both days of the Swim England Artistic Swimming National Age Group and Youth Championships 2026. Your performances were full of composure, creativity and competitive strength, and the region’s impact was clear throughout the programme.

City of Salford delivered a series of standout results, including Eleanor Burlinson’s Youth Free Solo title and her achievement in securing the Shacklock Trophy for the highest combined total across solo, duet, free team and free combination events . The club also celebrated a bronze medal in the 12&U Free Solo thanks to Tess Burlinson, and a strong silver in the Youth Free Team, showcasing depth across age groups and disciplines.

These results reflect the dedication of the athletes, the commitment of their coaches and the support of families and clubs across the North West. The region continues to be a powerful force in artistic swimming, and this year’s NAGs highlighted just how much talent is rising through the pathway.Well done to every North West swimmer who competed — you’ve done the region proud.
