Swim England North West is proud to unveil a major step forward in safeguarding and event excellence across the Region: our new Accreditation Pass System, now available for clubs to use at any licensed competition.
Launched in December 2025, the system has already been successfully piloted at multiple regional events. These trials confirmed exactly what we hoped—this tool makes it easier than ever to ensure that every individual on poolside is fully qualified, appropriately vetted, and authorised for their role.
Safeguarding sits at the heart of every great competition. As part of our 2025–2026 strategic priority, Outstanding Events, this system helps clubs deliver safer, more professional, and more consistent experiences for athletes, coaches, and volunteers.
