It's also worth noting that menopause occurs many years before women reach their natural menopause.
The Club Health Tracker is an online platform designed by Swim England and delivered by Sporting Insights aimed at supporting the development of clubs.
Club logins have been sent directly to your club chairperson or discipline section Secretary – ALL clubs are strongly encouraged to complete the Tracker (once per discipline, per club).
If you are a Chairperson or a Secretary for your club and have not yet received your login details, please contact Swim England for this information – firstname.lastname@example.org
How does it work?
The Club Health Tracker is a questionnaire which should take no longer than 10 minutes in total to complete.
Once logged in you will be asked a series of multiple choice questions all relating to the club, which will cover 6 separate areas – once all questions in all 6 areas have been answered, the club will receive a feedback report, providing valuable information on areas in which the club is working well, and also any which may require additional support.
The 6 separate areas covered in the questions are:
- Coaching & Teaching
- Financial Management
- Pool Operator Relationships
- Governance & Standards
Swim England can then help identify the club’s strengths and areas of Development and Growth, providing direct support in any of these highlighted areas.
