Swim England North West would like to welcome Tom Rock as the President of Region for 2025/26

Tom has been part of the Swimming community for 30+ years during this time he has watched his son progress and develop within the region to competing at the Olympics Games in 2008.

Tom has been involved in club, county and committees over the years including,

14 years as Treasurer of Everton

8 years as Chairman of Everton SA

Liverpool & District Swimming & Water Polo Swimming Association committee

Lancashire County Water Polo & Swimming Association committee

Tom hopes to visit many events and aquatic disciplines over the coming year.

Tom would also like to thank Mark Ralph for the work he has done as president 2024/25.
