We have been truly overwhelmed by the number of nominations received for this year’s Regional Awards. The Selection Panel, made up of four representatives from across the North West, met recently to review every nomination in detail and have now finalised their shortlists (see below).
All shortlisted nominees were contacted by email on Monday, with an invitation to attend this year’s Awards Ceremony. If you or your club appear on the shortlist and have not yet received your email, please get in touch at clubdevelopment@swimnorthwest.org.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate every single nominee who has been put forward for this years Awards, and to thank all nominators for putting individuals and clubs forward. The strength and volume of nominations made the panel’s task especially challenging this year, reflecting the outstanding dedication and commitment across our aquatics community.
We are delighted to confirm that this year’s Awards will be attended by special guests and multiple Olympic medallists, Anna Hopkin and Luke Greenbank, who will be presenting the prizes alongside our 2026 Regional President, Bob Bolton.
Following excellent feedback from last year’s ceremony, vocalist Lewis Barron will be returning, this time performing as a duo with Lewis Fielding, providing an evening filled with music between presentations.
A limited number of tickets will go on general sale from Monday 1st September for a short period of time. These tickets are priced to solely cover the cost of the food provided on the evening.
