The Time to Listen course is available to Club Welfare Officers (or assistant Welfare Officers space permitted) who must be over the age of 18.
Attendees must have attended a Safeguarding and Protecting Children course within the last 3 years either as a face-to-face or online with UK coaching, as a front line employee (e.g. Nurse, Teacher, Social Worker), or another course which is backed by the local children’s safeguarding board.
A copy of the Safeguarding certificate must be sent to the Regional Office prior to the course to enable your place to be confirmed.
The course is expected to last approximately three and half hours, breaks will be provided throughout.
Technical Requirements to Access the Online Classroom:
You can access the online classroom through your mobile phone, tablet, PC, or laptop. The online classroom is powered by Zoom (please ensure that you have downloaded the necessary software).
