SENW Special General Meeting

Swim England North West Region are inviting all Clubs, Leagues, Local Associations; County Associations to attend a Special General Meeting on Saturday 9^th January 2021 (via zoom) commencing at 10.00 am

The reason for this SGM is to enable the region to be “in line” with Swim England and the other Swim England Regions with regards to the financial year end.

The Management Board wish to amend the current Finance Rule:

CURRENT

7.3     The Region’s financial year shall end on 31st March, to which date all reports and accounts shall be completed.

PROPOSAL

7.3    The Region’s financial year shall end on 31^st December, to which date all reports and accounts shall be completed.

Please note that only secretaries can complete the information below for the delegate they wish to attend the meeting on behalf of their club.

Deadline for registering the delegates attendance will be 9am Tuesday 5th January 2021.
