U16 Boys Inter Regional Trial.
Open to 2008/2009/2010 born boys in the region – Minimum swim standard 400m in 6 minutes
Primary selection for squad to partake in the Inter Regional event at Liverpool on 1st and 2nd July 2023.
20 athletes selected in first round.
A further 2 training sessions on 10th and 17th June at EMLC will take place for those in the selected 20.
Final selection of 13 will be made prior to the event.
The Trial will include the following programme of events
Introduction.
Warm up.
Swim tests (applicable to outfield players only).
Technique assessment.
Scrimmages.
