City of Salford Synchronised Swimming Club Head Coach Jessica Fletcher had this to say:
“We knew it was going to be tough, especially as there were clubs with more teams and more events entered than us. The new scoring system made it more exciting as the overall rankings changed throughout the day! The venue and atmosphere was amazing. All five of our routines were brand new and we had never swam them at a competition before, so we were super happy, but we can also see what we need to improve on the for the next competitions.”
Congratulations to all the competitors and well done North West.
