This weekend was the last weekend of the Swim England North West Regional Development Programme for 2023-2024.

Well done to all the athletes and thank you to the coaches who supported the programme.

Up to 48 atheltes (24 male and 24 female) aged 13 years as of the 31st December are invited to participate in the SENW Regional Development Programme.  These athletes are selected from Long Course 200m Individual Medley rankings.  Times used for selection to the Regional Development Programme are taken from the Swim England National Rankings, and times must have been achieved between 1st January and 6th August.

Athletes are invited to take part in 3 sessions; 2 face to face coaching and one online session lead by experts in nutrition, physiotherapy and psychology, providing the athletes the opportunity to develop skills that will assist in their development both in and out of the pool.
