The entries have been processed to comply with our event conditions, licensing requirements & available session times using the methodology below.

1. All entries from Para swimmers have been accepted who achieved the consideration time.
2. Rejected entries based on the entry limits specified within conditions.

As part of the 2025 Winter Championships, a new development opportunity has been introduced for 14 & Under swimmers. While the award categories remain as Junior and Senior, we have made adjustments to entry allocations. In cases where the number of entries from 15/16-year-old swimmers falls below the maximum allowable, we have increased the number of accepted entries from 14 & Under swimmers—provided they meet the qualifying time for the 15/16 age group. This ensures we remain within the overall entry limits set out in the competition conditions.

This year the consideration times went through a process of review and we aimed to accept more swimmers than in the previous year and increase participation. In 2024 we accepted less than 800 entries, this year the total number of accepted entries is over 1,400 allowing us to provide more inclusive event and more opportunities for North-West swimmers.

🚫 Withdrawals

All withdrawals must be submitted online using the entry viewer.

❌ We cannot accept withdrawals by email or paper at the event.

💸 Failure to withdraw and not turning up will incur a £15 fine.

By ensuring all swimmers who do not wish to swim are withdrawn it allows us to ensure no empty lanes.

Swimmers who do not wish to swim in a ‘Final’ must ensure they withdraw using to forms provided at the event to avoid a fine. This enhances the experience of the finals ensuring every lane has a swimmer.

Tickets available online: £6 per session / £10 per day
