Applications are currently being invited for the role of Mentor/Assessors on the Swim England Senior Coach programme for Swimming. This role will require individuals to mentor trainee Senior Coaches throughout their programme of learning. This programme is approximately 12 months long and will require individuals to visit their designated learner twice in their daily training environment and once at either a Regional or National level competition. In each of the three phases of the programme, individuals will be required to provide feedback and assess workbooks by the learners.
