On Saturday 11th March 2023 Swim England North West Limited will be holding 2 meetings commencing at 10.30am,
The first meeting will be a Special General Meeting to receive and approve the Financial Accounts for 2021 and to dissolve the Association known as Swim England North West,
The second meeting will be the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Swim England North West Limited (SENW Ltd. or the Company).
The AGM is one of the main ways to help ensure accountability of the directors of the company (the board) to the members.
Note that only voting members of the company are entitled to attend, speak and vote on motions and proposals, whereas those volunteers who hold identified posts and those who sit on subcommittees and discipline groups may attend and speak but do not have an entitlement to vote.
