Volunteering week is coming up and Swim England would like to collect some short videos from ‘real volunteers’.

They are not looking for Spielberg epics, just a 15-30 second snippet along the theme of ‘what volunteering means to me’ / ‘what I get out of volunteering’. It is Swim England’s hope to use these videos on their social media channels and hopefully in future campaigns, in an aim to attract more volunteers into aquatic sport.

Volunteers are very important to Swim England, the Region and Clubs and in recognition of this, Swim England would like to offer a small prize, drawn at random, to someone who sends in a video.

Swim England have expressed their appreciation that this is short notice, but please could you forward your short videos to volunteering@swimming.org by Wednesday 31st May 2023.
