Swim England North West would like to share some news with you for the start of 2019. Wendy McNeil our Regional Club Co-ordinator will shortly be leaving the role with the region. Wendy’s last working day will be the 28th February 2019.
Wendy joined the region in June 2014 when the Regional Club Co-ordinator role was first introduced and supported the strategic vision over the last 4 and a half years. Wendy today said, “Whilst I am excited about the new opportunity, there’s also a big part of me that’s sad to be saying goodbye to my amazing clubs, volunteers, coaches, swimmers, committee members and officials who have supported me over the last four and a half years. I would like to say how much I appreciate the support you have given me in my role and have enjoyed my time working together, building some great working relationships.”
“This might be the end of my employment with Swim England North West but it is definitely not the end of my support for the world of Aquatics. My new venture of spending more time with the family and new arrival, together with delivering courses as a Tutor, I am sure will keep me busy and out of mischief.”
Swim England North West have now started the recruitment process for this role. The Regional Team will be in contact with Wendy’s clubs to ensure continued support.
Swim England North West Regional Staff and Management Board would like to wish Wendy the very best for her next adventure.
