To build on the success and learning’s, the Swim England North West Regions’ strategic aim is:
The Region will develop a number of frameworks where investment and resources can be applied, supporting our volunteers and benefiting our members. This will be achieved through a series of five objectives, categorised across:- Governance, Workforce, Partnerships, Marketing & Communications and Member Investment.
The Regional Board of Directors is made up of volunteers appointed across our membership and includes specialists plus independent members. The Board sets the strategic direction of the Region and oversees the work of the various aquatic disciplines and committees.
The North West team is made up of two Regional Club Coordinators, a Office Manager (with responsibilities for Finance) and a Regional Administrator, who all support and facilitate the implementation and delivery of the North West strategy.
