Congratulations on your selection for the Regional Pathway Programme.
Please note that the Regional Pathway Programme will start with an initial introduction meeting on Thursday 17th December 2020 starting at 8pm. Support Service Zoom sessions will fully commence in January 2021.
Please ensure prior to accepting your place, that you have discussed your selection with your home Club Coach. Coaches have been asked to email if they do not support your participation in the Regional Pathway Programme.
To accept your place on the Regional Pathway Programme, please ensure complete the details below and make payment of £50 by 9am, Tuesday 5th January 2020.
Log in details for the introduction meeting will be provided after 9am once the closing time has passed.
If swimmers are under the age of 18, then parents/guardians will need to provide permission for swimmers email addresses to be provided. Please note that the email addresses will be used to send correspondence regarding Zoom log in details.
