Club Matters workshops are short training sessions, funded by Sport England and delivered across the country by Club Matters facilitators in a range of specific topics.
Swim England North West have organised an ‘Developing a Marketing Strategy’ workshop to take place on Wednesday 22nd July 2020 at 7.00pm
The session will develop your skills, improve your knowledge and ultimately help you develop your club. They are for groups of at least 4 clubs and build upon the content of the online resources, but also include case studies, topical issues, exercises and a discussion section.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Understand the key principles of a club marketing strategy
- Describe how to develop a marketing strategy using a simple framework
- Identify different marketing channels to maximise exposure
- Understand how to effectively monitor and evaluate their marketing strategy
The workshop is FREE OF CHARGE and will last approximately 2 hours. The topics covered will mostly be relevant to those who have responsibility for, or involvement in running their club, either now or in the future. It is highly recommended that more than one person per club attends where possible, so that knowledge and business skills can be shared within their club.
In order to access this workshop you will be required to have access to the following:
- Laptop or Tablet
- Microphone as the workshop will be interactive
You will be required to log into the virtual classroom, 10 minutes prior to the start of the workshop.
