SENW has arranged a number of workshops around the break down of stroke and how the strokes change across different racing events. The session will be led by Rick Hall. Rick has recently delivered a number of presentations to Swim England, Swim Scotland, Swim Ireland and the BSCA.
Sessions will be ran as follows:
Saturday 22nd May – 9:30-11am (Butterfly)
Saturday 5th June – 9:30-11am (Backstroke/Breaststroke)
Saturday 3rd July – 9:30-11am (Freestyle)
The sessions will cover the following:
- Breakdown of the ‘Training’ Model Technique
- The Racing Styles
- Set Construction
- Breakout Room (Scenario)
Attendance is extremely beneficial to all qualified Assistant Coaches, Coaches and Level 2 qualified Teachers, regular attendance at these forums can also be used as Regional Continual Professional Development (CPD) evidence.
