Congratulations on your selection for the Regional Pathway Programme.
The Regional Pathway Programme will run from October 2022 to July 2023.
Strength and Conditioning will be an individualised programme, with individual meetings to discuss progress. Each block will last around 6 weeks.
Further information regarding support service sessions will be sent out to all accepted athletes.
As part of the programme, we are also looking at taking swimmers to an international competition within the long course season. This is likely to be either Flanders, Antwerp (usually held in January) or Berlin International (usually held in March) – Further information regarding the competition will be made available once a final decision has been made.
The cost of the competition will be approximately £350.
Please note that the pathway programme will start on Thursday 20th October 2022.

Please note we will be running an introduction session on Monday 17th October at 7.30pm for around 30 mins.
