Swim England North West have organised a series of stroke and skills days which include a stroke clinic to improve turns (including starts), aimed at County level swimmers and their coaches.
Swimmers must be 11-13 years of age (on day of the clinic) and must have competed at either Lancashire, Cheshire or Cumbria County Championships in 2020. Places will be allocated on first come first serve basis. Please note that start lists will be checked for all swimmers. If you have booked on and not attended the championships then you will not be able to attend the day.
The sessions will incorporate 2 hours of pool time. Parents will be able to view the pool session from the balcony.
This session can also be used by coaches as a continuous professional development workshop.

Individuals are responsible for their own personal belongings during the session.
Cost: £12 (non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for errors made during booking).
If for any reason the course has to be cancelled by the regional office, then a refund or alternative course will be offered.
