SENW Synchro Beacon Squad Training

Swim England North West Synchronised Swimming are pleased to invite qualified swimmers to the  Beacon Squad Training session. The session will be held at Broughton Leisure Centre on 8th September 2018 between 10:30 and 17:30. Please see below timetable for the format of the day:-

Timetable:

10:30 – Registration

10:40am – 12:30pm – Pool Session

12:30pm – 2:30pm – Studio for strength & Conditioning

2:30pm – 5:30pm – Pool  Session
