U14 Boys Inter Regional Preparation

Congratulations on your selection to the next stage of the Inter Regional preparations.  You are now invited to attend three further sessions, after which the final selection of 13 athletes + two reserves will be made to partake in the Inter Regional Championships in Walsall on 18/19^th November 2023.  All participants must be available on this weekend.

The next three training sessions will be taking place on –

23rd September   14.00 – 16.00

30th September    16.00 – 18.00

7th October           16.00 – 18.00

Boys should bring trainers and kit to each session for a land warm up as this may be required for some sessions.

Final selected team training sessions –

28th October         14.00 – 16.00

4th November        16.00 – 18.00

11th November   14.00 – 16.00

All training sessions to be held at  East Manchester Leisure Centre.

Introduction, Warm Up, Swim tests, Technique assessment, Scrimmages, Match play

Please allow plenty of time for travelling on 23rd September due to a Manchester City FC home game.  We are hoping to be able to obtain parking passes on the day to enable parents/guardians to park at EMLC for over two hours.

Further details on the event will be provided to players and parents following the selection after 7^th October but accommodation will be organised for selected boys on Sat 18^th November at the Premier Inn in Walsall. Parents will need to book their own accommodation if necessary.
