The 2018 Annual Council Meeting of the ASA (Swim England) North West Region will be held on Saturday 15th September 2018 at the Holiday Inn Express, Leigh Sports Village, Sale Way, Leigh WN7 4JY commencing at 10.30 a.m.
The programme for the day will be:-
10.00 a.m. Registration (refreshments will be available)
10.30 a.m Annual Council Meeting
12:oo p.m. Close of meeting (refreshments will be available)

The Region would like to remind you that any items that affiliated organisations wish to raise at the meeting, emanating from the Reports and from any other documents, must be received by the Regional Administrator, on or before 31st August 2018 by clicking here
Can you please ensure that your club delegate(s) are given the attached information prior to the meeting. Delegates are asked to complete the enclosed Delegate(s) Registration form and submit it to the Registration Desk on arrival to receive the necessary voting papers and cards. Club delegates are appointed in accordance with the following: Up to 400 members two delegates, 401 to 600 members three delegates, 601 members and over four delegates, other affiliated organisations one delegate.
Please note that a Delegate shall only be permitted one vote irrespective of the number of Clubs, Associations, Bodies or Organisations he/she may represent.
Observers and members of the public are most welcome to attend the meeting, but only members of Council have the right to speak and vote at the meeting.
